  • If you are ready for therapy and do not know where to start, let me help guide you. My free consultation sessions are a good way to talk to me directly about what is going on and find a place to start. You can schedule these in the scheduling tab.

  • Right now, I do not accept insurance. However, I am currently getting paneled with BCBS and Aetna. I offer reduced rates to those who need them.

  • Yes! I offer both virtual and in person sessions. This helps make therapy accessible to everyone. You will receive links for each scheduled session. Please request virtual appointments when we meet.

  • (In person) Once you arrive to the office, you will be directed to a waiting room. Once the time for your appointment arrives, I will walk you to the office we will have session in.

    (Virtual) You will receive a link for the virtual appointment before your session. Enter the waiting room and upon your scheduled appointment time, the session will begin.

  • YES!! I believe all people have the right to freely be who they are and help with gender issues, identity exploration, and dysphoria.

    This space welcomes and supports clients of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures, including kink, polyamorous, and sex worker communities.

    The goal is to create a respectful and affirming environment where you can explore your concerns and receive the care you deserve.

  • I believe it is crucial to foster an inclusive and welcoming environment for all clients. In this space, cultural differences are celebrated. I commit myself to continuous cultural competence training and actively protest against injustices that impact clients.

    I will continue to always advocate for systemic changes, support policies that protect marginalized groups, and create safe, inclusive spaces.

  • I am currently a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). My license number is 6289.

  • While I have training in addressing relationship concerns, I do not specialize in couples and family therapy.

    I believe it's important for you to receive the best possible care, so I am happy to refer you to dedicated therapists who specialize in these areas and can provide the expert support you need.

  • If you experience a crisis between sessions, please reach out to emergency services or go to your nearest emergency room for immediate assistance.

    For urgent but non-life-threatening situations, you can contact me, and I will do my best to provide support or refer you to appropriate resources.

    Please remember, we all have boundaries, and I do not answer calls or emails outside of working hours.
