With extensive experience in addressing severe symptoms such as suicidal thoughts, self-harm, and emotion dysregulation, I am dedicated to helping my clients navigate challenges and create a life worth living. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and believe in creating a tailored approach to treatment that involves a collaborative effort to meet each client’s unique needs.

There is nothing more I love in this world than my cats! I currently have two: Kijo and Grimm - ask me about them!
My hobbies: I enjoy hiking, photography, playing drums and piano, and puzzles.
Activities: I enjoy watching anime, all things nerd, collecting random small objects, and reading.
I aim to maintain a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment where all clients, regardless of identity, feel respected and comfortable. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ experiences and have extensive training in a multicultural approach.
